DC-Stimulator MR Stimulator Cable

A DC Stimulator MR Stimulator Cable is a specialised cable used in transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) applications within an MRI environment, allowing tES to be performed simultaneously with fMRI. This type of cable is used on the device side of the setup, connecting the DC stimulator to an MRI-compatible interface. The main function of the cable is to transmit the stimulation signal out of the stimulator and safely into the MRI environment while preventing radiofrequency noise from entering the MRI system or stimulation device. This cable is designed to be shielded with safety features to minimise electromagnetic interference and heating produced by the MRI’s strong magnetic and radiofrequency fields.
